2017 CHOIR CAMP for St. John Cantius / St. Peter in Volo

This intensive 5 day choir camp for students 13 – 18 years old will focus on singing Gregorian Chant, Sacred Polyphony and Hymnody. A combination of theoretical and practical sessions will be the perfect preparation for the high school choirs at St. John Cantius and St. Peter in Volo.

Girls and Boys will stay in separate houses at St. Peter in Volo for four nights, supervised by the Canons Regular of St. John Cantius and qualified counselors. Meals will be provided from Monday Dinner to Friday Dinner.

Music Instructors
Richard Childress – Director for many years of the Anglican Cathedral Choir at Winchester, England.
Nathalie Corbett – Long time Magnificat Choir member, Recently graduated from Loyola University with a Degree in Sacred Music.
Anne Seybert – Long time Magnificat Choir member, graduate from Ave Maria University
